BAN_M2 going from 2017 DINAN M2 LBB to 2019 M2 Competition

But in your first posts you went for ordening LBB?
What did you change your mind?

Beautiful pics and car. Reminds me of heading for Southern Germany probably this sunday.

Ordered LBB playing it safe. I love LBB and already had it so I knew I would love it on the M2C.

When all the videos from Ascari surfaced all the high resolution videos showed HS very nicely so after some debate I decided to not be safe and change it.

Saw it in person for the first time the day before delivery since I did the Tour of Plant at Welt and saw one on display there!

Did a quick time lapse of the last minutes of the Stelvio Pass run. This was at around 7:45-8am on Saturday. Probably crossed 5 cars in the entire run. Weather was great and the day looked beautiful! The drive was amazing.

It's heading my way already! CA gave me Vessel info.

I did ED 10/5, dropped it off on the 10/10 it then reached port 10/17 and headed out 10/18.

It's ETA is 10/31 port in Georgia. Once it clears customs then PCD will offer me dates.

Called BMW and was updated. Car hit the coast on 10/31 but was Baltimore.

It's on its way now to Georgia and gets there 11/4 then customs then PCD!

Was told some M Performance Parts are now starting to show on the BMW parts system. Going to try to order some parts this week!

Not sure if port installed available. These are from the M Performance Catalog, but they might have been added to the build accessories perhaps.

Will ask my CA.

. Stelvio pics bring back memories (where the F did the past year go?

). Going back in seven months to crush those Swiss passes and other things I missed last year.

Interested to see when you get your car - dropped mine off in Munich on 10/13 last year and didn't see her again til 11/30. Sounds like you will have a shorter wait! Also weird that mine 'HAD' to come thru Jersey City, esp considering I live half an hour from the port of Baltimore.

Sounds like you definitely got some 10/5 with you!

Swiss Alps are addictive, it's like once you do them you definitely need to go back again!!

I was told the timeline would be way longer!

Just got an email update minutes ago.

ED started 10/5
Returned car 10/10
On ship 10/17
Departed Germany 10/18
Arrived at Baltimore 10/31
Just arrived at Brunswick GA 11/3

Should be hearing from PCD Monday to get date set!
