On the Spanish config everytime you click on them there's a glitch and it doesn't show a price.

Yeah, waiting for them to get back to me.

Checked the german site, and the 'old' wheels appear to be standard. The Spanish site makes it seem like you have to pay for the old wheels as an option.

Odd that they have these little differences that are complete opposites.

Ordered 437M on my car and they were a standard, no cost option. I'm 99% certain they are a free option, wherever they are available.

It depends on the country, have seen 788M free of charge and 437M for $$$ as well!

My dealer has confirmed the 437M is a cost free option in Spain too. Although I'm still undecided whether to go for them.
