I think you did the right thing. The 718 is a dime-a-dozen car (relatively speaking), yellow or not. If you already love the M2C, then the only vertical move would be a GT4, Spyder, possibly GTS. Don't get me wrong, the Cayman T should be fun to drive, but it is Porsche just putting a slightly stripped model out there to cash in on. While the M2C is one of BMW's best cars! However, the Cayman is one of my favorite cars, and if you do make the move in the future...pics please. BTW, Sunset Orange (the color I have), does not fly under the radar. HS is not too bad itself... Other attention grabbing options, so you can suppress your feelings of middle aged helplessness: -Aftermarket wheels.. HREs, BBS, Volks, Apex, etc -Springs or coilovers for a better stance -Carbon lip, etc -Akra or M Performance exhaust Or a combination of all four since you were thinking about getting a second sports car anyway! Now with a more aggressive suspension lowered on HREs your kids might be bouncing up and down in the rear seat, but at least they will think you are the coolest dad in town. Tried getting some audio of the Turner Motorsport Intakes but the exhaust is overpowering. Had some fun trying though!

*Excuse the picture overload*
Took her straight from the dealership to my local tint/wrap guys to get 20% tint all around, 50% on the windshield. I got her fully protected (whole car) by Xpel Ultimate Plus and also had them install the M Front Splitter Decals. They Xpel'd the CS-Style wing I purchased and also installed it. I had them use a black metallic vinyl over the reflectors which is just as good as the IND kit. From there she went straight to get Ceramic Pro'd. 2 Layers on the whole car, plus windows, wheels and interior leather and trim. Now she'll be looking new for years to come!

Well, after a few trips to Princess Auto and countless hours of browsing forums, I finally hardwired my Blackvue DR650 2CH dashcam using the Power Magic Pro!
For reference, I used two Mini Fuse Taps each with two 5AMP fuses. I tapped the Battery wire into Fuse 150 (rear trunk light) and the ACC wire into Fuse 147 (the radio). All the cables tucked perfectly and reached the rear fuse box with no issues I kept the fuse box area clean using electrical tape. This is my first time working with electricals so I'm pretty proud with what I accomplished here

Carbon Fiber Winglets... ended up getting the genuine M performance ones. In case anyone is interested, the best price I found for them for them came from getbmwparts.com The clear coat and weave are perfect!!

0-60 run with M Performance analyser. 4.0 seconds with AA mid pipe, Remus Race axleback, BMC drop in filters and charcoal filter delete. Had 3/4 tank of gas, next time I will try with about 1/4 tank of gas and lower the rear tire pressure.

Is there any advantage to using M Performance analyser compared to the various free apps that don't require an OBD dongle?

Changed out the plugs with NGKs, VRSF charge pipe, and BMC filter. Those plastic screws are pain to take off even with the correct tool, otherwise pretty straight forward.

I thought most of the apps use something read information off the ODB-2 port. I noticed with the M Performance analyser it reads max RPM while doing the 0-60 run.

Agreed. It's only 20% too and it's so drastic how much better it looks. Good thing it rains here all the time because otherwise it might actually be useful :

It uses the phone's GPS for everything. Obviously it doesn't know RPMs. |
