New Review: Wards Auto World
I just got a copy of this months Wards Auto World, which had a little one page quick-drive review of the 135i. This is more press from the Gotland Ring BMW 1-er reveal. They definitely liked the car, though beyond their annual "10 best engines" awards I don't put much faith in their driving abilities like EVO or Grassroots Motorsports. Nevertheless, Enjoy!

Interesting....no mention of the dreaded "understear". They must not have been driving hard enough!

While most of the specs appear to be for the 135i, they also mention "base price range". I'm willing to bet the fuel economies listed are city for 135i automatic and highway for 128i manual. A worst case to best case range, perhaps.

Those fuel economy numbers are way off.
www.fueleconomy.gov has 1-series numbers out now, and that isn't even close to that. See here: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...3645#post53645 |

They said Edgy styling, Huh????
I think its muted styling or little more tradtional BMW styling, thats why I like it. Also since when is this a IS350 competitor. |

By the quality of the facts, this seems more like a drunken post by izzodesh than a serious review...
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3612 I wonder if Byron Pope over at Wards Auto World was walking around saying "My liver hates me" while writing this one? |
