Happy Father's Day!

I definitely enjoyed the day! Mason Dixion is a beautiful track nestled in the mountains, just outside of Boonsboro, MD. My best pass of the day was 11.3 sec at 127 mph. The Density Altitude (DA) was approaching 2000 ft. First four passes were 12.3 - 12.0 secs at 122 -125 mph. Unfortunately, everyone is forced to run through the water box at this track—no room to drive around.

For my fifth and last pass of the day, I lowered my rear tire pressures from 32 psi to 24 psi. I also went back and forth three times within the prepped starting area to dry the rear tires. They didn’t like it but the staging area of waiting cars was almost empty, so I said, “what the hell” and did what I needed to do to dry my tires.
