How is this price for a CPO '17 M4 Convertible?

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and am considering a CPO M4 convertible. First time used/CPO buyer! I've found a 2017 with only 25,739 miles on it that has a list price of $51,995. I'm hoping to be at a $45-47K range (ideally on the lower end). Any thoughts on this price and any opinions on whether there's room for me to negotiate here? CPO warranty expires 9/2021, but I'd purchase a 2rd party extended warranty. Here are the options on the car:

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE (Head-Up Display, Heated Steering Wheel, Retractable Headlight Washers, Rear View Camera, Park Distance Control, Neck Warmer, Wireless Charging)

TRANSMISSION: 7-SPEED M-DOUBLE CLUTCH Drivelogic

WHEELS: 19 X 9 FRONT & 19 X 10 REAR Light alloy double-spoke, style 437M

with 25k miles look for something cheaper I got mine for 44k 2015 with 5k miles. same options as you listed here.

idk about what color ways your looking for but id go with this car. he isn't even firm on price!

IMO, over priced for a 2017.

thanks for the replies! the car got sold anyway. i have my heart set on a tanzanite blue, but the color is so hard to come across used/CPO!

don't rush into anything the longer you wait the better it will feel to get the perfect car!

Was this car tanzanite blue? If so, that might be the mark up in price.

Yes, that color is not a normal common color like BSM, AP, MW.
