What is this connection between coil 2 & 3 on N55??

There is a hose/connection to the left of coil #2 on the N55. Does anyone know what this is and part number? I was looking at it today and it appears to be oily and dirty. I don't recall it being that dirty when I changed plugs several months ago.

That's not a hose it's an electrical connector for the eccentric shaft motor. It has a rubber gasket with two screws holding it on... the gasket is relitively easy to change if it's leaking
