For mine the logo was a separate piece and was optional.

Just a +1 post here. I have a full set on my M2C. These are great. Install was easy, and the rate that my radiator gets damaged from debris over time has dropped significantly since I had it stock. No real noticeable difference in cooling capacity. No rattles. I have a clear XPEL wrap on full front, seems fine. Very pleased, I think it was a wise purchase to protect the radiators. Installed them myself, took about half an hour. Still holding strong. Two thumbs up.

Has anyone modified this to fit front mount license plate brackets, specifically the carbonio one? Would making snips in the wire mesh cause any issues with it's rigidity, or are the wires connected at each joint? Don't want to snip wires if it would cause the wire to loosen and unravel the mesh.

I have installed them as well.
I noticed that the middle lower clip in the central grid, is unable to fit properly. You can get it behind the mesh, but it is too short to fit behind the actually front bumper. You can see it in bmw diy guy video at 9:52. That he is able to push the bottom part in. But I still think it will hold. |

I just installed the middle today and my OCD is driving me crazy that the bottom clip isn’t fully clipped like the rest. Also noticed using painter’s tape didn’t save the scraping 🥲

I had avoided this but after getting a windshiled cracked at the track my paranoid self went: radiator is next, so I went ahead and ordered the set. My concern has been flow restriction and impaired cooling. Glad to hear no problems but do you know if is OK for track use? Thanks. |

If yall want the ultimate test.. I took a full grown deer strike a week ago. Check the lower screen.. sitting at an angle but it survived!!
I am talking with Zunsport about screens for the G87 as they need them even mire.

Yeah.. but the good news out of the deal is no one got hurt (other than the idiot deer) and the damage is only superficial. Fendor, hood, bumper cover, windshield and mirror are toast.. but nothing past that.
I was AMAZED to see the screen held from the impact though!
