I actually quite like it. Personally, I felt the stock tips were too tucked with the MP diffuser. It's a bit more aggro now, but I much prefer this over stock.

Installation is just 4 hex socket bolts; takes minutes, if that.

Removal of the stock tips is a bit of a pain, but not really difficult. I got a piece of Ipe decking off-cut I had in the garage, and used that as a drift to somewhat protect the stock tips when I hit them with a hammer. I didn't use a rubber hammer because I was hitting the wood directly, not the tip. You do have to hammer pretty hard to get them to budge, and jacking the rear of the car up does help, but it's really not that difficult.

I will redo the interior of the ashtray tomorrow and fix the curves on the outside trim

Material bought on eBay and it's not alcantara it's a cheap thin velvet wrap.

Maybe someone with better skills can create one and sell it to us

Fitted my winter wheels (437m). Probably will leave them on for a while, I didn't expect the satin bronze to look this good.

I had the passenger side door sill trim replaced under warranty. Mine was starting to fade a touch, likely from moisture.

I wanted to keep the old one to use as a bar mat on my bar. THAT would have been cool. It was the perfect width. SA said lately BMW was having them send pretty much all warranty parts back to BMW. oh well. It wasnt cool enough to spend 100 bux on a new one.

Received these embroidered mats back from IND. They sell the whole set for $295 but my mats are brand new and I really only cared about having the front mats embroidered. I sent them my two front mats and for $148 (including return shipping) I got just the fronts done. My iPhone pic makes the colors look a little washed out. In person they're quite vibrant. I think they came out great

For my neck of the woods where temps sit between 28-39 deg celcius, this was probably the best add on to supplement my build with the VF Stg 2 Tune.

Difference in performance was virtually night and Day but in all honesty to each their own in personal preference and opinion.
