How is the color shifting controlled? Is it via an app?

Exactly. There's a little Bluetooth box tied into a small harness between the boards.

I'm trying to take the OEM boards off and there's a ton of glue! Heat gun hardly helps at all. What did you use to get yours off?

Use the utility blade method in this thread if you are trying to save them. I bought a second set of lights and pried them off with a plastic trim tool. Ended up bending the boards slightly because they are metal backed. Glad I bought another set for easy swap but would do the utility blade method if I had known beforehand. The thermal glue is rigid so once it starts to go it will pop off.

I installed the yellow set into a G82 yesterday and will do my F87 in the next few days. Looks really good.

I used a utility knife to slide between board and block with strong downward pressure. It will pop.

Do you have more pics with the yellow DRLs (either RGB or yellow LEDs)? Also do you have a link with the LEDs you purchased?

I did an install on them with my OG M2 and it came out great. Have a few sets available as well ready to ship in the US if anyone is interested.
