Spacers
Hello,
Can anyone tell me what the best make spacers are for the M2? I'm going to fit them to my lowered (eibach) car.....was thinking 10mm all the way round. Are the eibach spacers good? |

Cannot seem to find a definitive spacer width for an M2 lowered on Eibach springs. I have read anything from no spacer at all, to 5mm, 10mm and even 18mm. Does anybody know what widths, front and back, would simply make the wheels flush, with no poke?

Mine is lowered with Mperformance coilovers, here is my findings: Rear Axel 10 mm H&R spacers with centre hub. Poke in my eyes. Not much but disturbing 5 mm would be perfect but these have no centre hub = no go for me. Front Axel Have not tried but based on how the tire is situated, 10 mm could be OK My M2 Rear Axel My H&R spacers are under modification by a professional shop to be 6 mm with centre hub. Should be just perfect Front Axel Have 10 mm H&R spacers but will try within a couple of weeks. Yes, chamber has importance but my car has been recently aligned accordingly to factory specs, so it should be OK Cheers |

Plus if you run track events with race wheels or can't run center caps the hub extenders are beautiful. |

Oh, that's right. I followed that thread too. Ok, your H&Rs give a .8 inch drop front, 1 inch drop rear, right? If so, your Turner 12mm spacers front, 10mm rear should still work out fine for a car with Eibachs, which drop 1 inch all around, seems to me...

Great, thanks. I'm just worried about rubbing, or too much poke. Guess I should just relax and go with it.
By the way, to those who are interested in the Turner spacers Ashburyn54 just tipped to us, Turner will be running a 25% off spacer sale starting next Monday. Doesn't apply to the bolts, but still worth it.... |
