Yes,they are EU cars that have already been delivered.I didn't see the silver trim in that first pic of this thread.Maybe the official interior pics of the trim that BMW released are wrong.

I'm hoping it's a EU market issue, but I guess I'll find out when I take delivery next month. |

Some remotely well lit interior shots would be nice. Like open the door and shoot the photo while standing outside the car. Are the dash materials any different? Is the stitching in the dash?

My sales guy said if you need a frame of reference look at the new 4 series already on the road. It's not real stitching. Just stamped plastic to look like stitching.

Fourth picture from the beginning of the thread, the pre-LCI car on the left has vertical grills instead of reflectors, has anybody seen this before?

And then eventually the pre-LCI's get the swaps and it becomes a common thing. As you said, with every single model

Thanks for the first two. The last is a rendering. I would love to see a pic like the last one but a real dash, not a CG one. Surprised it hasn't been posted as the dash was also one of the "more significant" LCI changes.

I live close to M GmbH in Garching and I saw an LBB LCI today with a sticker on the rear bumber saying "Werkstestwagen" (Test vehicle). It had also the silver trim under the open pore carbon parts on the dash. It had definitely blue stitching on the knee pad and blue stitching everywhere else as the pre-LCI. Unfortunately I was running and had therefore no mobile with me to take shots.

I like the side vents on the pre-LCI bumper better than the reflectors on the new one, but I'm sure that's an easy mod to get rid of the reflectors
