431 my lucky number?? **ADDITIONAL PHOTOS**

It would seem that 431 is my lucky number. FINALLY, after 431 days (and what feels like twice that many posts in this forum!), I will go to pick up this tomorrow...

My SA was kind enough to send me a sneak preview. Apparently there were some curious onlookers when they backed it into the bay (thanks to MPE+SportCat combo)...as Mr. Burns from the Simpsons would say..."Excellent."

NOW IN MY POSSESSION - MORE PICS...and OMG this thing is LOUD!!

Unless you really like the look of the offset tow hook mount, consider this (pricey but no drilling and it's quick & easy to remove and put back on):

Mr 'Blue' - congrats on reaching the end of your extraordinary wait! Enjoy the day tomorrow!

Lol, no. I gave the dealership a bunch of parts including some OEM parts that I ordered and had them install everything prior to me picking up the car. Figured if I'm waiting this long the car may as well be the way I want it when I pick it up. Not to mention it is now December and my garage is not fully heated...brrr. Still have to get the rims/wheels and the Ohlins R&T installed but having that done at a local shop that wants to make a video of the install...so they are basically doing the install for free. I also have the red button and the back up cam/parking sensor cancel button to install but I can do that myself as they are inside the car. Leaving now for the dealership...will post some better pics later.

Why would you want to cancel the backup cam/parking sensor? Also, congrats. The car looks amazing!

Think he means the extra button that the 2er has to turn on/off the backup camera. M2 doesn't have a button, just engages the backup camera in reverse.

Correct. Button to disengage rear parking sensor beeping. Can't believe BMW didn't include this on the M2 yet, it can be found in many 2 and 3 series models. I know they were trying to keep the cost of the car low..but how much could they possibly have save by eliminating one button? Now I just need to find a way to integrate the Bluetooth MPE flap actuator button...

Integrate MPE to a button on the dash or do you mean to bypass the red button in the trunk (thought it was only for Europe)?

I suspect he means the Red Start/Stop button that X-PH sell.

The red start/stop button I have already installed along with the back up camera/proximity warning toggle.

I meant the MPE blue tooth remote button to open the flap on the exhaust - put into "track" mode per the manual...meaning it's too loud for the street apparently.

Another forum member has done this, which is ok, just not sure I want to lose the charging port...

Congratulations and wow.
I thought it was a long time when I placed my deposit last April 2016 and the car was built in late August 2016 (had changed from a 2016 to a 2017 model by that time).
Maybe someone should start a thread to see who waited the longest.

Take a look at this thread. There is a cup holder insert you can put in the cup holder and put the MPE button in there. It looks good.
