You tried to buy in and bought the cheapest one you could afford instead of waiting till you could buy less used vehicle. Sorry you had a bad experience, come back again.
I've seen Ferrari's I could afford, that's the easy part, keeping it running is the hard part. |

Edit: You make it sound like he bought a BMW with 150,000 miles and should have waited to afford a car with less than 70,000 miles. By the way, 100,000 miles is the break-in period for a BMW.

Sounds like either you got a shit box or the dealer fucked your car up. Take it to an INDY that works on BMW's and it shouldn't be much to fix. It's a 5+ year old car.
By the way I have about 85k Miles on mine and no leaks or problems. *Knock on wood* |

anyway, dealership quoted $2500 plus tax. I was prob gonna sell it anyway since I don't really need a car anymore. Its leaks are pretty minimal now and the dealership said it doesn't need to be fixed right now. Do you guys think it makes more sense to fix it now and sell it or sell it now and inform the buyer of the issue? If it's just a tiny bit seeping through, it might not make sense to fix it until it needs it. |
