335is mtech diffusor fit pre-LCI e92/e93?

Has anyone tried fitting the 335is BMW performance mtech diffusor on the pre-LCI e92/e93? If so, is it a direct fit?

There are a couple of other threads about this.

The assumption is that it's a direct fit on the Mtech bumper. But that has yet to be confirmed and it hasn't shown up yet on the BMW or Tischer sites yet.

It's on my list as soon as it becomes available...

Ari - Thx for that. Wish I spoke German!

Can you tell if the diffuser is only being sold separately, or if it's available with the M bumper?

That would be cheaper than buying an Mtech bumper and throwing away the current diffuser just to replace it with the new diffuser.

if you check the pfd price list you can see that it is not available for 335i /d which is annoying a lot of people in Europe currently. (especially as it is fitted on the 335Is)

The diffuser is sold separately but only fits the M tech bumper.

Ack! That means I'll have to buy the Mtech bumper and the new diffuser, and throw away the diffuser that comes with the Mtech

Wasteful and expensive!!!

Not necessary, I ordered my m-kit over the internet from a german dealer, it came with all I needed to retrofit it to my e92, the only thing not incluced in the kit was the diffuser, so I had to specify if I wanted it and a surcharge would be added. Donīt know if the kits are speeced differently cause the the wheelfaring I got with my kit are differnt from the kit edo have in his thread

So I donīt see any problem why you should not be able to order your m-kit with the performance diff

Thx. If I could order the Mtech bumper (no diffuser) and the Performance diffuser separately, that would be ideal.

the diffuser is now available for the 335i (at least here in Germany), I know people who received it already. It fits the pre-LCI without any problems.

I just PMd Evan at Tischer about this part and he responded as follows: "Not quite yet available to order here in the US yet."

Hopefully it'll be here soon. Maybe on a slow boat from Europe...?
