Help for a Rookie - Additional Costs? (CA)

I could really use some help from you vets out there. I'm getting ready to buy my first ever BMW and I'm not really sure what to expect in terms of additional costs (registration, MACO, etc.). Could you guys let me know what I should expect to pay and what I should insist on avoiding when it comes to additional costs after the final price is worked out?

Also, if anyone could recommend a good dealer in California (I'm in SoCal but I'll go up north if necessary), I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
