Someone over on m3forum posted this. It is a reference to a vendor over on e46fanatics, that is giving a great promotion on bumper painting.

For $200, can't really lose anything. I am taking in my e46 m3 bumper tomorrow. We will see how good of a job they do, and after that, will prob bring the e90 mtech bumper I have on order there.

I understand paint is a complicated process that requires more prep than anything (trust me, I painted my roll bar and that shit looks showroom ready). But for $200, I kind of have to check it out. Worst thing that could happen, is that i have a bad paint job on a bumper. Get it sprayed again.
