Armytrix exhaust valves not working

I installed a new armytrix exhaust of my F30 335i and it sounds beautiful but the exhaust valves don't work. There's power in the module and the OBD2 but the adapter to connect the two seems to cut the communication between the 2. is it this adapter or is it another issue? and if it is the adapter, where can I buy a new one because on the armytrix website they don't sell them.
