I usually run on map 5 on my car but i recently tried map 2 with a e25 mix and it is terrible. The boost comes but cuts off and the car starts to shake. Whenever i floor it, the car will try to make boost but it bogs down hard. Any Suggestions?

I recently emailed terry for solutions and he said you can't run map 1 or 2 when you have a downpipe apparently. The additive maps don't work good with downpipe

Map 5 is the safest one that i run on the daily. I also run it with e25 mix because i heard a couple of m440s running badly with e30mix

How long have you been running on map 5 with a E25 mix? And had you had any problems?

Per an earlier post, Terry recommends maps 5. But on their website, it show that they recommend map 2 for your application

I'm going to confirm with BMS and update this thread

Map Guide as of v15+ firmware:

Map0: Stock tuning, fully disable JB4
Map1: Additive map with peak of 3psi over stock added (91 octane)
Map2: Additive map with peak of 4psi over stock added (91-93 octane)
Map3: Additive map with peak of 6psi over stock added (93+ octane)
Map4: Absolute target map with peak of 20psi target (93+ and/or E30 octane) suggested for higher boost models like G chassis, Supra, and Z4. EWG required for proper control.
Map5: Absolute target map with peak of 22psi target (E30+ fuel) suggested for higher boost models like G chassis, Supra, and Z4. EWG required for proper control.
Map6: Custom tuning map allowing both additive (below 10psi) and absolute (above 10psi) targeting. Setting RPM1500 boost below 5.7psi will make entire map6 additive, setting above 6psi will make entire map6 absolute target.
Map7: WMI map (boost varies based on WMI additive, meth flow, and other criteria)
Map8: VALET / Low Boost Map

Ya Map 2 has really high boost spikes and I can't daily it at all

This starting to get really complicated... I am trying to understand what to do here.

So Those who own m240, m340, m440 can run map5 on 93 octane no mixture? Does it matter if we run AA downpipe or any other high flow downpipe?

I also reached out to Terry and will post a thread if he gets back to me so we all can have a clear understanding what to run with mix/no mix, with/our downpipe.

its really not that complicated

Map5: Absolute target map with peak of 22psi target (E30+ fuel) suggested for higher boost models like G chassis, Supra, and Z4. EWG required for proper control.

if you have a G chassis, Supra or Z4. Run map 5 with any setup.

This is what I am confused about

I do not mix, and map5 indicates E30+ fuel. So for those who are not mixing are we still sticking to map5 with pure 93 octane?

F chassis need E30+ to run map 5

G chassis can run map 5 with any setup

Just note for someone new like me, running anything after map3, you will need to connect EWG connector.
