Changing interior trim color?

The more I look at the interior with carbon fiber trim, the more I feel the silver accents clash with it. Especially when going full leather interior, it seems to be pretty busy, and out of place with the dark trim and lack of silver on the steering wheel.

Does anyone have any experience vinyl wrapping/painting this?

Cost?

Thoughts on how this looks?

I went ahead and photoshopped the difference.

My personal opinion is that it gives the interior some much needed light and contrast. It's just personal opinion though. I don't have a solution for you.

Yeah, not totally sold on the idea. But I think I saw that F90 M5's have black trim?

My F80 had full leather with carbon fiber and black gloss trim. I thought it looked great. I'm not unhappy with the silver though, I think it gives it some good contrast as Mr. Maboomba mentioned.
