Picked up over a month ago on Aug 1st. Finally got time to take a few shots and share it on here. Wrapped with Xpel stealth completely and with Xpel clear on all the carbon parts. Before and after ceramic pro on everything again. 50% tints. Öhlins are in and alignment were setup yesterday. Waiting for the next track day to really test out these big red brakes but pretty strong so far.
Thinking to get some wheel spacers but not too sure yet. Maybe just 10-12mm. What do you guys think? Here are the before and after wrap photos for your enjoyment 😁. I will update again later as I have something on order. Cheers and stay safe! These are from the first day at the BMW Store. |

Looks amazing! So you did ceramic coating before and after the Xpel? What is the reasoning for doing that? I was planning to just do cearmic on top of the mask.

Thanks Artemis!
GimmeanM; I did a 2 layer CP coating as a precaution for removing the PPF later and factory paint correction before I installed the Xpel. CP PPF on the Xpel makes the cleaning very easy. It was just a little more cost to the full car PPF job already. |

Stunning combo! Thanks for sharing.
This confirms any prior doubts I had about pairing HS with the gold wheels. Now I'm convinced this is the best color combo for this car, period! Yours is the exact spec I would go with. |

HS can look really dull IMO, but with those wheels and brakes setting it off, it's just wonderful.

Yea, I was thinking about the Ohlins too, but would be sad to do the EDC cancellation.
Have Ohlins in my current car. One of the best non-custom set of coilovers I've ever used! |

Agreed. I use Ohlins in my 1M, and they are awesome on street or track. Having said that, I am looking forward to the EDC on the CS and can't imagine swapping it out.

My custom ordered Carbonex carbon fibre steering wheel was just installed today. The finishing are excellent next to none others and enhanced the interior a lot! 🤩Excellent customer service and communications from this company too. Very happy with this upgrade.
I have to get use to the slightly larger grip size and the carbon fibre clear coat surface during driving which is a bit slippery in my hands. I switched out the carbon shifters to these red aluminum ones. I thought too too much carbon fibre in one view. What do you guys think? |
