iPhone X, BT streaming and weird modules

Hey there,
my e91 came originally from italy with proff radio, no iDrive.
I just bought one of those cheap BT receivers that sends music through the aux. I have aux, by the way, working flawlessly with the cable. Searching for it I found something called MetaBlue2. Paired and the car actually played music but only through its front left speaker. Weird thing is it kept playing even if I turned it off, got the key fob out, locked... still connected and playing. Mind blown by the way. Now the WHOLE stereo, CD, radio plays only through the rear speakers. I have had this happen before randomly and just left the car, next day all was fine.
What is this, how do I set it up to stream music and is it possible at all?

Aux receiver at the arm rest is very sensitive. Try wiggling around so that you get the sound from all speakers.
Also, if you 6FL, the USB for 6FL is still on even after you lock the car... which means your BT receiver still has the power and letting the phone to keep play the music.
If you connect the BT receiver to the cigar jack controlled power, you won't hit this issue unless the receiver also has its own battery included.

I ended up having a takser app and made a routine to disconnect the BT receiver when the BT connection to the phone is disconnected.

Avoid the aux.

Also many of the connections on the fuse board due not power
down till the car goes to sleep which is why your device stays
powered.

Even the radio stays powered when the display is off cause it runs
the dongs and alarms.
