My first post, but here is my Black Sapphire M2 Competition i just obtained on Friday.

It's a US spec car delivered at Bavarian Motor Cars in würzburg.

North America based on the front reflectors.

It's US-spec - you can see the amber reflectors just in front of the front wheels.

Thanks for the pics - for me, easily the best pics I've seen of the M2C. That straight-on front shot really shows how BSM hides the "conjoined" twin kidney grille that has by far been my biggest gripe about the M2C changes.

Guessing you are military based on it being US-spec with Euro plates, and picked up at a dealer vs BMW Welt?

So then it is still not confirmed about the Sept. 17 launch date in the US. It's possible the US spec cars registered abroad aren't affected.

You are absolutely correct. Yes, i picked the car up through a dealer that offers incentives and major discounts for military personnel. I was originally planning to go through BMW welt, but the discounts and incentives was too good of a deal to pass.

I pretty much coordinated with a sales agent ever since the official release date back in April.

I'll post pictures for you guys as soon as I can.

I've already put over 500 miles on and I can't wait to get through the break in period.

Gotcha. Are the mounting holes the same? I thought the whole mounting area was different for different plates

The mounting holes are different.
I have the Euro and US license plate mounts.
