I wish they would add the m-performance bits under the configurator like the m3/m4/m5. Like carbon fibre grille, carbon roof, carbon deck lid spoiler. Something! But all in all very exciting. Now we just need the 8 series configurator

The Exec package is $350. less and the $300. Car Play option is included free for one year. That brings the MSRP price difference down to $3,700. if you would get those popular options.

True, but start adding the M2C options to the M3/M4 and watch the price skyrocket. Anyway, to be fair the only option left on the M2C is moonroof and Exec package. DCT is not a fair option to include in the M2C fully loaded price since the base M3/M4 comes with a manual as well.

lol oh yea. My build was around $83K for M4 Competition, not including full M Performance Exhaust

It looks great to me. I do wish there was still the option to get the wheels on the outgoing car, but it still looks nice.

It has sort of lost it's value proposition though.
