Electric is coming, no doubt about it...but I still prefer my M Performance Exhaust note and burning dinosaurs

I'd make a decision after seeing specs and actually driving one and certainly not solely based on noise. The reality is it will be way too expensive in the near term to develop an M EV with performance competitive to an M ICE. ICE cars will rule the performance market for many years to come.

Mix in a GTS stylized hood, black inserts in the kidneys, fix a tail lights a bit and you got a winner!!! I dig it!

I like it!!!!

The changeover from gas to electric is not going to be an all or nothing event. It'll slowly proceed over the next 20 to 30 years. I welcome the massive, instant, torque and perfectly executed launches that electric will bring. But at the same time, I will deeply miss the sweet sweet sound of a performance exhaust. It's just hard to imagine getting excited about the race inspired sounds of that new aftermarket AC inverter.

It's fresh and innovative. It has a lot of stylistic cues.

For a rough draft it isn't missing much.

My biggest thing was no Corona Rings of any sort.

Love the design but what are the aggressive intakes for? They'll just introduce unnecessary drag

Congratulations BMW, you made the Honda S660

On a side note, I see in the chart that the price is more than the M2 by quite a margin too...

OMG it is hideous! Hopefully BMW doesn't make this design or anything close to it or they will have another non-seller like the i3 and i8.

Stick to the script. Evolve the current designs like you do for the ICE versions already. Just make them EV to capture that market
