Finally upgraded my car

I've had my 2011 E90 for about 2 years now and I just installed the following all on the same day:

-VRSF CP

-VRSF FMIC (5 inch..Never going to track it so I figured the 5 is better than stock plus no cutting)

-VRSF Catless DP

-Jb4

My driving experience has drastically improved, hahaha.

I now feel like I did when I first purchased my car. I look for any errand or reason to drive it! The wife needs a tampon? I'm on it. Ice cream? I'm there. In-N-out at midnight? Ohh yeaahh.

I choose those particular options for one main reason...Less expensive than other name brands.

Besides new plugs and coils, I think my next step is METH due to the fact that I only have access to 91 octane.

tampon + ice cream + in-n-out at midnight... this is a logical progression

All jokes aside, enjoy the new toys. One of these days I'll upgrade to an N55 and prepare myself for all the speeding tickets.

I'll be honest, I don't know enough about it. Could you please send me a good link that would describe it? I've done a little research on it but I still don't fully understand it. I'm kind of a newbie... of course once it's available

Best purchase I've ever made was a Valentine One. It has saved me from many tickets

Nevermind. I did enough research to know what it is now.

Wouldn't the ice cream come after in-n-out?

In my experience, when she says it's "that time of the month," there is not a wrong time for ice cream-- even if it precedes a burger

I'll take some when I get a chance..

Hey Mike, I have a question for you. Yes, I know this topic has been discussed endless times but considering the upgrades I have, do you think it would be worth it to get an intake? I know in most cases it really only effects the sound but would it be worth it for me? And nothing too expensive. I'm not willing to fork over more then $200-300 on one. I would not get one just for the sound.

Intake on your car will add 5-10 whp after 5000 RPM + the nice sound upgrade ... I personally think it is worth it

I'll definitely think about it. I had one on my previous STI but I had no other mods so I never really noticed a difference

I do have an issue though. I might be going crazy but I feel some serious turbo-lag at low RPMs. It seems like it's getting better but there still is a difference from when it was stock. It is just very inconsistent. I mostly feel it when I am not running the JB4. I have felt it using it (map 5 only) but I feel the biggest difference when it's off.

Any thoughts?
