Gloss Black Grills - Good ebay seller?
Bought a pair from China off of Amazon and they were crap. It looked like someone took an matt black grill set and spray painted it gloss black with a can of Krylon. It had paint streaks and dust particles embedded in it. They were $50 and I guess 'you get what you pay for' when you take a risk like that.
So, anyone have experience with a good ebay seller for gloss black or black chrome kidney grills? I know I can get BMW ones for $112 from getbmwparts.com. Should I just get those or is there better value to be found? Your help is appreciated. Rob |

I got my matte black ones from b*mm*an.com (* = i) and they're perfect, can't attest to the gloss though, sorry.

I just bought Genuine BMW High Gloss ones from ECSTuning around 2½ years ago for $110. It was steep but they've held up fine and are still fresh looking despite our Canadian winters.
I've come to learn that you get what you pay for with mods in general. Sure it's pricey, but I rather spend my money once than fart around with shitty ones every few months. |
