Coding - HELP.

I'm desperately trying to code my car, i've followed the instructions of several different posts and several different sites. I cannot get a grip of this, i have the cable, and i believe all the software necessary. I'm running windows 7 on my Macbook Pro. Is there anybody who has or knows of a thorough step by step tutorial or guide anywhere. Or know of anybody who can remotely install and set up the software on my device if its possible. Please help.

I followed the vid at http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=451145

which worked fine for me besides the fact that my cable is faulty.
