Connecteddrive

My BMW app stopped working. I guess BMW wanted more money from me.

I paid the $150 to turn back on Connecteddrive. My BMW app now works. But the Connecteddrive in my M2 says my subscription has expired.

Does anyone know how to get my BMW to recognize the new subscription? The email from BMW makes no sense since it ask me to hit the setting button around the idrive. We don’t have a setting button. Maps and real time traffic wont update until the M2 recognizes the subscription update.

Yeah mine shut off like literally the day after my four year anniversary

I paid $55 bucks for a year to turn the connection back on

I do use it actually so I paid BMW immediately

How did you get the M2 to recognize that you turned it back on?
Just remove your car and add it back into the app that should fix it

If that doesn't work do it from your desktop

That doesn't make any sense

There's gotta be some logic to it not working

They work hand-in-hand. Did you pay for CarPlay?

And what exactly did you get for $150 a year real time traffic?

Don't freak out it'll start working you might have to figure out why it's not but obviously it stopped when the subscription stopped

Went to the dealer to talk with their Genus. Turns out the Connectdrive store is no longer supported in the vehicle. Curious since it just says I need to pay to renew my subscription. He checked his data base and everything had upgraded yesterday.

Oh, and for the $150 you get map upgrades and real time traffic.
