To all, I have one set of jet black wheels in 19" (M2 CS) ready to get shipped. If anyone in Europe is interested, please drop me a PM. It's a one off, I have no idea how I was able to put my hands onto this set.
Sorry for non europeans but shipping is too expensive to make it worth it.

If this message is not allowed, please just let me know. Not meaning to break any rules - I just know lots of people here weren't able to get their set and chances of getting one get thinner by the day.

Guys, can someone confirm-

When swapping TPMS on my 788m's onto my 763m's does there need to be any sort of callibration that needs to happen?

I think my dealer was trying to rip me off or rather didn't want to do the job as they told me $900 lol.

No calibration, they swap right over. New ones need to be calibrated, but all the shops around here do that for free. $900 seems a bit tall...

No need, they can be reset in the iDrive.

I've used 3 sets of wheels all with OEM TPMS, they just need to be "reset" in the iDrive and driven on for about 3-4 kms for them to fully calibrate.

Here's an update on my most recent refinish of my 763s

Thanks guys... that's exactly what I figured - that it should be a direct swap.

I think my dealership used that as a go away when I asked if they would take any responsibility for the swap... apparently that was too much for them even when dealing with OEM wheels... whatever the case, I'll find a more serious shop to deal with.

I saw a picture of it somewhere. Either FB or in a whatsapp group. But I had seen them before I saw your post here. Great color!

Just wondering if you both managed to either get your wheels or refund?

Genuinely curious on how it played out at the end.

My dealer just received a rear frozen gold 763M wheel for my M2 (kerbed rear wheel :'( and frozen gold are nearly impossible to repair...).
Ordered in December. Production was scheduled for February and it arrives slightly in advance.

I absolutely love these wheels!. Since I have been looking at them for a couple of years I finally pulled the trigger and started shopping.

Committed to purchasing online with bmwpartsworldwide.com since they were the least expensive I could find. An hour after ordering I receive a email stating local pick up only due to FedEx damaging wheels and the order was canceled.

I contacted several other dealerships and they all said local pickup for the same reason.

I did not go with my local dealer since they wanted over $600 more than everyone else just for the rears.

Getting over my disappointment I eventually went with a family member who works at a dealership parts department in a different state for the rears and ECS Tuning for the fronts. ECS claims they have had no issues shipping wheels. Don't ask, it is a logistics and cost thing!

Of course I re-read this thread after the fact and contacted BMWPartsPros.com just for the heck of it and found they will ship to me.

Rears from everywhere I contacted are backordered 1 to 2 months. Should have the fronts tomorrow.

No CS specific 763M in frozen gold without the "m performance" stamp? You have the CS jet black (gloss) listed, but not the CS frozen gold....
