To this day I have never seen another M2/M2C in the wild. Kinda crazy!

Saw a very cool looking Silver M2 Competition today (Monday) in Cary, going the opposite direction, on Cary Parkway.

Was heading back home from getting NC inspection, so I could pay the jacked up Wake County and Cary taxes.

Saw a wave of the drivers hand in the windshield, so I guess you saw my Black M2C.

Hope you saw my thumbs up against the tinted drivers widow.

Edit: Oh, last week I passed a beautiful blue M2 or M2C on 540 as I was hot footing the exit to the back side of the airport in Raleigh, heading for work, late morning Friday, I think.

Spotted two M2s in just a few days. Things are looking up.

Not sure this thread gets many looks, but I’m planning to check out the Cars and Coffee Morrisville meet Saturday September 5th, 0800-1100.

Looking at their Facebook page, it seems the events have been well attended the last couple months.

Hope to see y’all there.

Black M2 Competition here.

Well, the Cars and Coffee Morrisville Facebook page is claiming over 1,000 cars, trucks, and motorcycles attended the event last weekend.

After walking around for a couple hours last Saturday, I really can’t argue with that number, as big as it is.

Impressive

Slow thread.
Cars and coffee Morrisville is Sunday December 6th, according to the associated Facebook page.
Sunny and cold in the morning, but expecting several hundred cars and trucks ranging from super cars to antiques.
Guess I’ll clean the wheels and black the tires.

Did you go, @natmad? Last time I went, the parking lot was closed for construction.

I almost went to the one at rtp Saturday, but my buddy talked me out of it. Last time, many dudes were not properly wearing masks.

They need to do cars and beers! I don't get up that early and hate coffee

Morrisville Cars and Coffee...

I conservatively estimate more than 600 vehicles showed on a cold sunny morning, overflowing into satellite parking lots. As I stated above, everything from super cars to antiques...

Apex NC

Haven't seen but maybe two other M2's on the road around here.

Nice to see a few at the Morrisville C&C this past weekend though.

Saturday JAN 2, 8-11 Morrisville Cars and Coffee.

Weather is forecast to have moved through the area overnight Friday.

Expecting dry roads and a big post holiday turnout.

It’s an impressive car meet when the weather is good.

And it’s a lot closer than Caffeine and Octane!

March 6th, Morrisville Cars and Coffee...

Way over 1,000 vehicles... really. Must have been 10 McClarens there.

The coolest might have been right next to my car, though.

The Charlotte CC hasn't started back up yet for some reason. Cornelius, and Concord are both doing theirs I believe. Not sure if Mooresville is still doing one or not. There is a charity show tomorrow in Mooresville. In the Hobby Lobby parking lot off of 150 from 12-4. I'll have my car out there.

For those in western NC, Upstate Cars and Coffee will be held at the BMW CCA Foundation on Saturday morning May 22. The CCA Foundation is located right next to the BMW Performance Center. Note though that parking is on a rather uneven grass (very large) area. This is a general C&C that used to be held at Michelin HQ (and probably will be back to that venue at some point soon), but lots of BMWs should be present as the Foundation exhibit closing event is being held Fri-Sat.

There is an "all-day" BMW car show at the Foundation on Friday. Lots of activities all day Friday both at the Foundation and then the Performance Center on Friday afternoon.
