Bad experience with BURGER MOTORSPORTS

I bought a set of spark plugs from them and almost one month later they haven't show up, their customer support is terrible and the only answer I get is to deal with the shipping company. Be aware when dealing with them.

I have purchased alot of stuff from BMS, and my experience is the polar opposite. BMS literally has the best customer service out of any bmw parts vendor, one of my charge pipe ends had an issue and I was sent a replacement no questions asked with expression shipping and not a dime was paid on my behalf - and I am not even in the same country that they are in. Customer service always gets back to me in minutes literally incredibly fast, and they even get back to me on weekends. Their shipping is insanely fast too, if I place an order at night the next morning it is already packaged and sent out. BMS imo has 11/10 customer service I have never experienced customer service that good.

Looks like there's two different experiences here. Two negative and one positive. Maybe there's new ownership or maybe the shop simply went down the drain. Thank you OP for sharing your experience though because it prevents others from having similar issues. Hopefully BMS can get your issues resolved and you can update this thread on a good note.

I purchased some small items recently that were in stock and they shipped the next morning.

There's always 2 sides to a story, and if we don't have email proof or evidence of BMS's "poor" customer service we can't judge them.

BMS has a pretty good track history of excellent customer service, so I really doubt they changed over night. I also recently purchased from them as well, so again I doubt they became terrible over night.

I also do not believe they changed ownership, Terry still runs the place and they recently moved into a bigger wareshouse that has even more stock capacity.

I bought the clutch stop from them a couple of months ago and while that's a very inexpensive part, every part of transaction went smoothly and it was shipped immediately.

So they shipped the part, but it has not been delivered?

Title should read "Bad experience with shipping company".

I'll add that anything I've ordered from them have shipped out the next day and I received it the day after. 10/10 would buy again.

I must say since my e90 335i in 2009 I've only had great experiences buying from BMS and that's with shipping to the UK.

Maybe just a bad courier?

Yeah I'd say my experience is polar opposite I had no issues and they've been very helpful. I don't think it's burger that's the issue but the shipping company that took your delivery is
