The responsibility of the seller is to ask for it. I mean, you're not going to get it 99% of the time, but you have to ask because that 1% of the time you will get it. In other words, if you don't ask for it you'll never get it.

If they wait long enough, say 20 years, I'm sure they'll get it. lol

It is a race car not a street car. May not be that unusual a price for a full race prep car. Very small audience though.

I'm sure they have 200K in the thing. The problem is just as you said; the audience is tiny. This is a full on toy. The Exige Cup Cars were the same way. They were $105K new (2005), but ended up selling for like $75K, and with 5,000 miles on them some went for $35K at one point.

It’s 11k km which is about 7k miles. They’ve used 1/3 of the mileage before recommended rebuild.

They started at just a hair over $100 and then there were options. Not sure how or what that entailed.
