Dry carbon trim - C quartz Fabric
I just wanted to share this tip, I used Cquartz Fabric on matts and Alcántara fabrics, I also sprayed on the the exposed dry carbon fiber trim and I couldn't be happier with the results.
The dry carbon fiber looks way better, it has a small sheen and looks super clean. I took this pictures at night, but I will take more tomorrow morning. I hope this helps. Ps make sure you use gloves as my bottle was dripping from the nozzle. |

Thanks for the tip.
I have a wheels-off CQuartz Professional ceramic coating on the M2. Have you tried their Leather product? https://carpro.global/catalog/cquartz-leather/ |

I'm always super careful with the way I clean the trim, the issue it always but looked dry and pale. Now it pops up and looks way better, I'm so surprised about the outcome. |

I just did this myself, still high from the fumes of CQuartz Fabric. Definitely need good ventilation.
I sprayed a bit from the bottle onto a sponge and applied that way with a wet wipe style deal ready to grab anything I overshot. The difference is really night and day, the dry weave went from looking a kind of ashy gray to having a depth closer to real carbon fiber parts. Definitely worth the time/money investment. |
