Looks good BAN_M2C. The guys at Extreme colors are really cool, and I'm glad you recommended them. I think I chatted it up with the owner and a few other guys for about an hour after dropping my car off. I remember the owner saying he was getting a M2 for the shop and it looks cool also.

That Active autowerke exhaust is nice. It's a nice upgrade over the stock M2C exhaust, eliminating that fat muffler. I like my MPE, but now wish I had waited and went with the AA one for the OG M2.

Thanks! I'm glad you met the Extreme guys. They are all enthusiasts and can spend hours chatting about cars.

Owner was on the fence between an M2 and the M2 and I talked to him a while and he decided to pull the trigger on the N2 and he had been very happy so far.

The N55 benefits of having that single Midpipe already from stock so truly the M Performance exhaust sounds extremely good on the M2. You pair with a downpipe and it's very very good!

This AA setup was a necessity on the S55 to combine those dual mids into a single mid! Thanks for dropping a line!

Was able to record the latest setup of exhaust. I added the VRSF catless downpipes and paired with the AA Signature Exhaust it sounds very good. I am loving this setup!

I will do some in cabin videos, fly by and pull from the camera being still. But this gives an idea.

Sounds amazing! My bet was on Remus but.. this is really different, maybe the single pipe was a real good idea, very aggressive, more roars and less farting.. s55 antidote?

I think the single midpipe is definitely the trick on these engines. Active Autowerke really did a great job with the design.

Disconnected the exhaust valve while open to grab a cold start video with it open. Usually when turning on the car the valve closes seconds after startup.

Finally put it through its paces at Daytona International Speedway, you can hear it all out on track. Loading a second video where track was a bit dryer.

Thanks! Been getting lots of compliments on it, had many at the track come over to ask what had been done to the exhaust cause they liked the sound.

Keep in mind the AA midpipe itself is 2 into 1 then into 2 again to connect with stock muffler. Pretty sure it does help kill the rasp since its done for a while on the M3/M4 but the difference with the midpipe on the Signature system is that its a 2 ito 1 al they way back to the muffler, it doesnt split again.

I wanted to pair it with the eismann exhaust curious how everything matches up. Haven't heard of anyone going that route yet.

Yeah I've always like Eisenmann for their more aggressive tone on the S55 so I'm hoping it'll make it even more aggressive partnered with the AA. But if Dinan comes out with their axelback I may consider them too. Had it on my previous M2 and like it alot.

I had hoped for Dinan since my M2 was loaded with Dinan parts to the point where it was badged Dinan based on their points system.

Had been messaging them since before taking European Delivery asking about exhaust development and they answered in December that they started development. I already had AA on my car by then. Glad I didn't wait cause they still haven't released it.
