Only 1200 GBP??? Installed and all. Christ that is worth doing even for the sake being safe. Thanks Iain!

Only need to get my car to the UK or ask my guys in NL to do it for that cash, and ask Iain to ship the parts.

That's a little short sighted to be honest. I know you are going to say for warranty, perception, reputation reasons etc but end of the day it is block of metal with a bolt. As long as the timing is set and the bolt is torqued not much else can go wrong and blame Litchfield for.

I doubt the 1200 installed includes flights to Australia

BTW rant not directed at you.

No it's just something to be aware of especially for tuning.

So, any commonality (kickdown use, defective parts) od simply luck of the draw?

OK, so caught early, fixed under warranty and not catastrophic.

Obviously defective part?

Thanks.

I'm looking to get an M2C, test drove one yesterday (awesome) and the head tech has not seen any on the M2C and only a few S55s over the last few years (earlier models).
