Front License Plate for ED

Does anyone know how they mount the front plates for ED? I live in a state that does not require a front plate and I do not want holes drilled into the front bumper that will last forever for just a few days of driving around Germany.

Any way I can avoid having the plate mounted with screws in Munich?

Thanks

No worries, they use double sided tape.

+1

I just collected mine for redelivery after ED and I can confirm that my front plate was held on with double-sided tape.

Yep it's pretty sturdy, mine was on my M3 for 3 yrs until my dealer's automated car wash ripped it off a month ago...

Mine was held on with some insane tape. Having seen some threads where people pulled paint, I just waited and let the Suntek guys take it off during the clear bra install.

Make sure to tell your CA if you don't want the U.S. plate mount drilled in to the bumper upon redelivery.
