mcnevin,

Looks like new batch of allocations has come out. Would you be able to give us some insights regarding if these also span for the next 3-4 months (i.e. quarterly allocations), how many total allocations released across the US etc?

Literally, just got a call from my dealer telling me they have my allocation as I was reading the thread. Scheduled for week 49. First time I've forgone any options and ordered a "stripper." AW, 6MT, Black wheels, Blue accent, CF trim.

So strange. My dealership is getting blanked on M2c allocations for Sep and haven’t gotten any for Oct...

Maybe time for me to look elsewhere??

Start hunting at smaller dealerships. That's where I found luck. Larger dealers do get more allocations but have wait lists.

Had my M235i in for service yesterday/today and when I picked it up I stopped by to see my sales guy. He wasn't in, but the dealership GM was and he took me over to the sales managers. Turns out, they got four M2C allocations yesterday (Tuesday). I was number four on the list (supposedly, I had been told I was number two before, whatever), so I finally got my production number and a week 48 build.

Now they have 1 left.

If anyone wants to hop on this I already negotiated a deal with the sales guy to give me and another person 500 bucks off on top of the ED pricing. PM me before you contact Scott so I can make sure we get it all locked in.

Thanks but how many allocations in total for next 3 months nationwide (Nov, Dec, January)? First batch was 512 total.

From what I can tell this is the break down.

Eastern Region - 97 Allocations

Western Region 113 Allocations

Central Region 38 Allocations

Southern Region 95 Allocations

Wonder cause more capacity due to F80 M3 is done, and from I heard BMW may slow down production of M3 CS too, so many on dealer lot unsold.

GL to that dealer in SF Bay area for asking $25K over MSRP on M2 C

Any allocations for December?

I just placed an order through BMW Concord in CA. They told me it would take 3-4 months to arrive.

M2 Competition:
• Alpine White
• Manual Transmission
• Executive Package

Just got prod number from my CA, 3rd week of January 2019, late March delivery. If your dealer is big dealer no problem to pull it off

I inquired about 2020MY, he thinks it could be Sept/October before I see it at the dealer so I am keeping my current slot.

I just placed my order on Monday for a M2C (LBB, DCT, Exec) through my dealer in Plano, TX (Classic BMW) for Euro Delivery. They had one left from their 4th quarter allocation of four. I've requested early March, but haven't heard back yet as to if that's been accepted. Anyone else doing EU delivery care to share their time from order to EU delivery time?

I got mine at 50 days after request, two weeks after car was produced. you should be fine with March. They try really hard to meet your first choice if at all possible. I gave three consecutive days as my choices and the first was a holiday so was out and the second they were fully booked but they set me up with an 8 a.m. appointment to accommodate. I wouldn't worry.
