Does anybody know when the last production date will be for the M2C?

Feb '19 is end of 2019 MY. No info yet of when 2020 production starts.

I guess I'm asking the wrong question. Is there going to be an M2C in 2021? 2022? 2023?

I'd guess only 2019/2020. 2021 is the new 2 series so there will probably be a delay in another M model. There have been rumors 2019 is the only model year for the M2C and 2020 will be a limited run of a CS/CSL variant.

Whatever changes they make, I do believe there will be a 2021 model of some M2, as the current 2er runs thru 6/21 and the next 2er (G42) is expected to follow (south of the border) in 8/21, which would be a 2022 model. Upcoming BMW model pipeline preview

Frank van Mel said in last year interview, all M-cars would have CS versions so yes maybe on the last year run M2CS will happen. But if they charge $20K premium over M2C, good luck selling them ala M3/M4CS which right now collecting dust at the dealers |

individual
i'd really like to see BMW offer a reasonably priced individual paint and interior option for the F87 before production stops. if they did that, i would probably trade-in my LCI on a new one, M2C or whatever they'll be designated at that time.
does anyone know what the estimated total production #'s are for MY2019 M2C's? |

No chance of that - the Leipzig factory does not support Individual colors (unless you wanna spend $24k to have them transport yours off the line to have it painted elsewhere - proof that money CAN buy almost anything ).

No, for June - last month of production - you would have to place your order earlier.

Probably much earlier if history prevails. I think even starting in February last year some colors and options became unavailable on the M3 for order - and that car didn't end production until October.

Will there be a refresh or LCI of the model at all?

No, technically the 2018 model IS the LCI - the M2C is still the same F87 generation of M2, just with new lump under the hood (which lead to new exhaust and some front bumper changes for add'l cooling - I think they threw in new seats, mirrors, & wheels, along with the Competition label, just to distinguish the cars with the S55 a bit more).
It looks like the M2C will likely run for three model years, ending the F87 generation, though it's possible they will add - or change to - a 'CS' and/or 'CSL' model. Either way, the F87 has about 2.5 years to go in some form or another, which will feature the S55 until the end of ITS run.

Don’t the M models usually run for 6 MY’s? So MY2021 would be last year, as the M2 first came out as a MY2016?
My sales advisor said he himself did not have any info on a MY2020 and beyond. Who knows. |
