More updates this week hopefully. I know content has been made. I will collect the M2C around the 15th and will take it on a major trip across Europe, but I know for sure there will be something to share before that.

In the meantime I am piling up more and more things that I want to fit to the car. The storage is full with stuff and next to my desk the same is happening.

I am not going to Spain. Monaco is the furthest south I am going.

And @MR. : Marc, those red M1/M2 steeringwheel buttons you ordered @ind-distribution. Are they easy to install(I guess)?

How did you get the oem buttons out of the steering wheel?

Cheers

Cables, phone mount, red M1/M2 buttons, valve caps, dash cam, flashlight... The rest is in the storage; steering wheel, ASD harness, longer shifter paddles, etc...

ASD harness is required to remove the ASD. You can also code it out, but I am removing it using a harness. I have the thing laying around anyhow since it came from the M2.

Paddles are from AutoTecknic. They are the Competition Shift Paddles in matte black. Red buttons are from IND Distribution.

I found this - https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...1#post23162091 - but I want to avoid taking the steering wheel off and messing around with the airbags.

I had my mechanic install the red M1 M2 and he did it in about 10 minutes. Only removed the airbag and the trim behind the steering wheel. He charged me just 10 euros and that included installing the IND key hole replacement for the drivers side.
