Hybrid track/street alignment
After installing ohlins, vorschlag camber plates, front sway bar and adjustable endlinks i took my m2 to Texas Track Works for an alignment that would both do well on B roads and the 4-6 track days I plan to get after during the course of a year.
I figured I'd post the alignment sheet for anyone interested in how they set up the car for my needs. Last edited by neonbrown; 08-27-2021 at 01:32 PM.. |

I'm running a similar setup, minus coilovers/sway bar-- I've found that running around -2.8 degrees gets me fantastic use of ALL the tire on track, while not demolishing my tires on the street. Running -3.0 or higher feels great on turn-in, but after poking with a pyrometer, I wasnt using as much of the outsides of the tires as I'd like. Be sure to 0 out the front toe**
For reference I've done 4 track days this season (3 spring, 1 summer) on PS4S and around 7,000 miles on the road and still have about ~40% tread left. Advanced group for track days |
