[Need Help] Bay Area Wreck through Skyline 2/23/24

16yr old kid driving a M2 wrecked into my niece yesterday around 3pm. She had to go to the ER and was released finally today. Need help if anyone was aware with what was going on yesterday.

There was a motorcyclist by the name of Dave that pulled over to help.
