Hey El Ban how are the the Eibach springs coming along after more miles on them? Did you need to add a camber kit and/or spacers? Also were the changes minor to suspension geometry before and after alignment?
They have settled in a bit more. The same thing happened when I installed them on my Acura.

I never loaded my alignment sheet, there was some adjustment made after I dropped it but nothing crazy. Just the toe was off but that actually is worse than camber being off. I used my track car on the street running -2.5 all around and I never had wear issues as long as the toe was in check.

The drop is not enough to require a camber kit. If I go with a more aggressive tire/wheel setup when I track it then I would look into adjusting camber. But for now should be good.

I'm thinking about getting those springs from ACS.

I am still on stock springs and in the last 6 months I have scraped bottom a few times on driveways or store entrances. [Yeah, I know: "be more careful;" but sometimes you are in an unknown area at night and S happens...] I am considering the Eibach springs, but am worried I could really do some damage.

For those of you that have Eibach springs, have you noticed a great increase in frequency or severity of scraping? Any concern you'll crack your front lip? Thanks

Have had them on for a while now and have never scraped the front end. Very flat around here but I learned how to avoid scrapping the front because my previous car was lower and had a long overhang on the front bumper so I was always avoiding going straight on inclines.

I've never lowered any of my cars, but am tempted by the M2 pics. I've never seen the M2 on Eibach pro springs IRL. Does anyone think that they make the car look a little bit too boy-racer? I like subtle changes, and am on the fence with whether this is just enough, or a little too much. Thoughts?

That looks mighty fine. Not slammed and silly, but just lower and purposeful. I can't remember, did you put spacers on this car? I do remember you were thinking about it...

I went with the Turner Motorsports, extended hub. 12 front, 10 back. Will install at the same time as I do the Eibachs, and will post results.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them.. I have been trying to narrow down Eibach, H&R, BMS and Turner..

You have the perfect drop, 110% going this direction. Just wish they came with bump stops like the H&R's. Not too pumped up on the idea of modifying the stock bump stops.

Thank you!

For the record, no bump stop modification is needed with the Eibach's.

It was the first email to my Eibach contact when I received them. Usually they include a set to modify so you don't have to butcher the OEM's but they confirmed no modifications to the bumpstomp is needed.

I've noticed stock I seem to fit over them and don't have to worry about crashing into them. What about with this drop?

One thing I learned about lowered cars is that you NEVER park facing front.. I ALWAYS back up into parking spots..

My last car was dropped on Eibach's and had Koni Yellows on the lowest setting and it had a front lip. Would never clear any parking bump. So always parked rear to the bump.. being doing the same with the M2
