I like this carbon roof a lot better than the M Performance model. I don't care for how the M Performance roof character lines curve in at the rear. This one looks right.

Totally agree. Unless the M Perf model has increased structural integrity or some added benefit like that, I would choose the RKP version first. The lines look perfect

Has anyone tried the carbon fiber roof? How much will increase the exterior noise while driving? I daily my car and I'm concerned by the noise

As long as you insulate properly, it shouldn't increase road noise. I did the RKP roof on my E46 M3 and it's perfect. If anything, my exhaust is louder than the road noise.
