Without showing us the car in all colours?

Fine, the launch colour for a few days or maybe even a week but to allow orders and showing us no other colours for two weeks is pathetic.

Ive ordered but want to see all colours to make my final choice before order is locked down.

Is this usual? How long until we're likely going to see others?

Im the same as you, ive spec'ed LBB for now but swaying from that to white. Im really not sure about the blue.

Cant really go wrong with white and it will look great with black and carbon bits added.

Has your dealer given you an idea of when you will have to confirm spec?

I don't want to come of as a jerk but you have seen the M235i in MG,AW & SB so i guess the LBB is the only color they wanted people to see live cause the other ones look similar on the M235i as it will on the M2 even if the M2 has a different body. Thats my guess :P

We know the cars exist, how difficult is it to show them to the world? Its just a rubbish strategy.

Deal doesn't know but suspects around christmas. However if they've started production it could get locked own at any point.

Press photos are usually limited to 1-2 colors, even for models that have a much wider color choice than the M2.

From these shots you can pretty much see what it will look like. I think white will look great. I love the blue but have my reservations. Never owned a blue car, its my everyday car so maybe blue a bit too look at me. and also that every picture of blue it looks completely different.

I can see me bailing and going for white at the last minute.

1st on the M2 list problems

This is very normal. They do not usually show all the colors available before so you can choose one. They usually show maybe a couple color choices and then after the car has been sent to production more color choices are revealed.

In situations like this the more you frustrate yourself the more likelihood you will choose something you will regret. Relax a little and you will come to a steady decision.
