Thanks @gc.m2c for your insights, I've already had offers higher than what you sold for so maybe it's a slightly different market. I've also noticed quite a few more OG M2's for sale recently so perhaps leases ending and more newer owners changing over looking for upgrades, not sure.

I received a similar message from the same forum member, but this time as a prospective buyer, stating that he had "almost" bought a similar item at a lower price in the past.
