Pagid RS29 F87 M2 Competition & M2 Track/Race Pads

I have them and they are great on track. However the pads I got came without some metal element that keeps the pads in place. I would like to ask a question: should they have this element or not (OEM have). If not, did anybody had an issue when reusing this element from OEM pads? Mine are a bit loose and are knocking when changing driving direction from forward to reverse and back.

These track duty pads are meant to be installed without any of the noise reduction shims from the OEM pads.
