Advice needed

Dear all,

I recently purchased the AA resonated single mid-pipe for my 2019 BMW F87 M2 Competition.

I’m now thinking of adding the M Performance exhaust and was wondering if I can do this without having to cut the MPE to cater for the set-up as I had to cut 1” and 6.25” from the original back box to fit the AA mid-pipe.

I’m reaching out in the hope that someone can let me know if this is possible and also your advice on the set-up that I’m planning which consists of OEM down pipes, AA resonated single mid-pipe and MPE back box.

Thank you.

Sorry but my last sentence referring to my current set-up is OEM down pipes and rear exhaust with AA single resonated mid-pipe.

My setup was OEM downpipe with MPE then added the AA single resonated midpipe later on. My OEM midpipe was cut to accommodate the MPE but the MPE does not get cut ever.

The MPE connection points actually won’t reach the connecting pipes. The previous owner of my car tried to scab in a short length of pipe to make up the difference but it was a leaky mess. I chose to extend the connecting pipes via welding an extension.
