I believe it's this color, but I don't know who he had refinish the wheels, so I can't replicate them. He's in SoCal, and doesn't post or answer PM's, so it could be anyone that did the work. But they're perfect IMO, much better than OE Ferric or Orbit.
I'm not exactly sure what he painted, but Ferrari's grey wheel paint first appeared on the 430 Scuderia iirc and is called Grigio Corsa. It's PPG paint code 236430, CROMO GRIGIO CORSA MET, TITANIO SATINATO to get the satin clear.

Tough call for me between this and Porsche Satin Platinum (0b5).

Agreed, it's most probably it's Grigio with satin or matte clear.

I also like Porsche Satin Platinum. The problem with it is that I've seen several pictures where the finish appears to have just the slightest tint of bronze in it, which leaves it out for me. Also, there are 2 versions of the color, one lighter, one darker. I prefer the lighter one.

Yeah, 0b5 is the lighter, more recent one. Agreed that sometimes it looks like BMW's Cerium Grey. It may work with LBB still though.

Your current setup is lovely, of course. And yet those Ferric 437’s are quite nice as well. Someday, when I have $$ stashed away for wheels, I’d feel pretty good about ending up with a set Ferric 437’s.

I've had offers on my Ferric wheels, but I can't bring myself to part with them. I don't really like them much in pix, but in real life they are utterly fantastic.

Hmm. I thought all US OG M2s came with 437s. Mine did. Not sure why but the paint peeled on mine. Got BBS wheels as a replacement and sold them 437s as track wheels.

Yep, you’re right of course. Rather, the distinction is in the two-tone color scheme of the 437’s. Most seemed to be delivered with black paint. An optional two-tone color scheme had Ferric Gray paint instead, which gives the 437m wheels a much brighter overall look.

EDIT: ///MPhatic notes below that the Ferric 437 wheel color option was offered on the F80/82, not on the F87.

Mine came as two-tone Ferric Grey.

All M2's (in every country) came with Jet Black + smoke diamond cut area. The Ferric Grey + diamond cut was F80/F82 only.

Would it be the same offset on the rear? Steering stops required?

For gts knuckles required steering stops with custom arms, with oem ones not.
On rear same offset, but I'm just trying, not going to mount these rims, the CSR ones are enough for my

New shoes. M3CS Orbit Grey 763M. 255/35/19 12mm spacer front, 285/30/20 5mm spacer rear.

More pictures to come. I'm really liking this combo, BSM and Orbit Grey. The 763's are so much more open than the 788's, and lighter. The extra rubber will be nice too.

Looks great! Are those wheels cheaper to pickup vs the MPerformance 763M?

On the used market, no. I really wanted the Orbit Grey so this was my only option. Felt lucky to find a good local deal.

If they wouldn't have been 20" in the rear I would have bought a set of those. 20's or not, they look great.

First wash with the 763's. So much nicer to clean than the 788's. Here's a lot more angle shots. Stock suspension (thought my rear looks a bit lower) and 12mm front, 5mm rear spacers. I do get slight rubbing up front at full lock.

Sorry, they were right side up on my laptop. Not sure why they loaded like that. Just reloaded from my phone.
