Socal Dealer for Service

Can someone recommend a good dealer for service in socal area?

southbay bmw wants to charge me $250 to update my software while im under warranty, and when I brought in my car for wheel noises they never replaced my dust shields with the improved version, all they did was removed the rocks lol

Any reason why you want the software updated? If nothing is broken than dont mess with it.

For the dust shield I believe the dealer should change them out for the updated ones.
